NC Sate Fair Visit

Hello Blogging Friends! Our NC State Fair was October 13th -23th .This year's slogan was Love A Fair and I love visiting the fair every year. The following is a Photo Journal of my visit.

Water Fall Wall, Great place to take group pics & meeting up with folks .

This little school bus comes up to kids and teaches them about school bus safety.

Spotted this girl in the crowd trudging along along with this big happy yellow monkey .

This 4-H display was so cute !

There were lots of beautiful cakes , I thought this was cute and very doable .

Very pretty Christmas table using pink, I love pink for Christmas !

Enjoyed this amazing dog show .

One of the street performers .

Night time at the fair !

There is a jingle that is sung on the commercials for our fair(and probably all state fairs ).
The Fair , the Fair , the unforgettable Fair ! I think it is funny to sing but true , the Fair does leave me with happy , fun memories .I hope you enjoyed joining me for a visit to our NC State Fair!

Love & Blessings,
~Myrna

  7. Oh Myrna, how fun! My two faves were the lovely sunflower (the sunflower house in our boomer senior gardening projects didn't do too well this year so it's fun to see that SOME did great :) ), and the adorable scarecrow cake - talk about easy cooking crafts for the whole family from kids to seniors! Even I could do that one :) Thanks for a great visit for Rednesday.

  18. Looks like there was something for everyone at the fair!

    NO RED?

    Imagine a world without red
For either a robin or sled:
    How drab it would be
    No scarlet to see,
    But only grey shading instead!
