A Wish for Mother's Day

Hello Blogging  Friends ,
Here are some bouquet pics  for all the blogging Moms , I hope your day was wonderful  and all your wishes came true!

Next, I  have some belated Thank-yous.
First , Thank you  to Daisy at" Dancing with Daisy ". I was the winner of  her fabulous give away of My Memories Suite Digital Scrapbooking  Software  . I am so thrilled to win . I have tons of pics I want to make into Memory Albums . This will make it so much easier & quicker. You can visit Daisy at her wonderful Blog here . She also has a link to My Memories, with a $10 off coupon, on her side bar.
My first attempt at digital scrapbooking , with this  very cool software.

Next, I would like to thank two very sweet friends Catherine & Bo, for this wonderful gift ,they gave me, when we visited them on our South Carolina Road Trip.

Next , Thank you to my Family for my marvelous Mother's day Gifts .I love flowers & the garden .  I love this solar lighted wind spiral  garden ornament !

And this beautiful orchid. I hope it stays as beautiful ,I have never grown  one before ,only admired them while shopping .If you know anything about their care , please share.

& This Thomas Kinkade framed print "Dorothy  Discovers Oz" . My pic is not good , It has so many reflection & glares .

So, I added this , so you can actually see it .

Next I  have my late post of my First of the Month pics . I took them at the first of May,  but have procrastinated in posting  :(  I opted for an inside pic ,of my monthly table decor & an outside pic of the seasonal changes in my front yard . The idea is to take  a pic of the same thing at the first of each month , to show how thing are different or maybe  staying the same.

  3. Hi Myrna, all your pictures are so nice to look at, very pretty. But, I must say the yellow roses are just gorgeous, maybe I loved them so much because they remind of 'The Yellow Rose of Texas!' Us Texans are partial to yellow roses. :)

  10. I love traveling with you to Oz.
So many treasures along the road.
Your garden is a magic sight.
I wonder how you do it.

Orchids are easy to grow indoors. I place them in my east window and forget them for about 3 weeks. Then I soak them with water and let nature take its course. Most will survive and set new flowers, a few will die. I've had some in the kitchen, but they got too much water and too little light.
    good luck.

  28. I can't see all your photos, because there's something going on with my computer! But of those I could enjoy, I really loved this post! Fantastic gifts (and the win!) and beautiful flowers! I never knew Kinkaid did a painting of Dorothy in Oz. It's great! Hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day too. I am really hoping my computer gets rid of this glitch soon!
