This is one of the gifts my sweet hubby gave me . It will help with my photos , he remembered I said a lot of pics were turning out too dark.




We went out to eat at Cracker Barrel for my Birthday , a few members of my family joined us.

Hubby & I were joined by My son & s family, My daughter & family. My older sister & part of her family& last but not least my niece & son.

Before we left for restaurant , we stopped by Angel's home . We sang some hymns & had prayer for Home church.She made funnel cakes for my birthday & I opened some presents.

This cool Christmas cookie / chip & dip plate was gift from sis Wanda.

Today is my 53rd Birthday. I think as we get older we all think about what is most important in our lives &what we would like to known & remembered for.The most important thing in my life is my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.I am so humbled to think that the Creator of the Universe would consider me, & so much more would give his life to reconcile me to himself because there was a great gulf called sin that separated us,He made a way.

Today , I have Keith Green singing" Your Love Broke Through". I am so glad that his love did break through into my life 33 years ago.I was looking everywhere else for everything else , but He found me !

Today I am joining Coloradolady for Vintage Thingies Thursday . I am featuring a crystal base lamp I found at Good Will for only $5.00.



Pardon the dust, it has not been cleaned yet. lol I could tell by the plug & switch (at top of lamp ) that it was old . I have seen larger lamps on the order of this , but I wanted something to fit my space.

The table below is where I plan to put this lamp, I think it will fit here . I would welcome any suggestions for lamp shades that would compliment this lamp,I haven't found a shade yet.Thanks for stopping by , I've enjoyed your company .To visit the other participants click HERE
