I made the paper hat from newspaper flag. Our paper gives them away every year .

I used to make pin wheels when I was young in Borneo, but the New Zealand kids don't, so I taught them. What color do you get when they twirl round and round?

Did you make the lanterns in the header photo? Was there a ring in the middle? Another thing I made when I was growing up, and taught my students.
