Hello Friends,
Happy Monday to you! I really enjoyed The Mad Tea Party, it is something I look forward to every year.Thank you to all who left a sweet comment and a special Thank you to Vanessa for hosting !
This week I have my first of the month pics, starting off with my table decor . I have a Beach or Ocean theme for August . I edited all these pics in B&W , I like both. Which do you prefer? (Only have the alternate of the first pic posted)
The next first of the month pics are my of front yard , which has turned mostly into a forest desert.lol I captured some Garden Angels who keep constant vigilant watch over things in my garden.
Next, as I am still a bit behind on the Months of the Year scrap book , Here are the July TP Album page & tag, which fits inside the page pocket .
July 4th theme for page .
Ice Cream theme for Tag.
I almost always take my camera where ever I go . The next pics are of a trip to Lowe's Food Store for super double couponing. I past this old church often , finally snapped a pic of it while riding by.
Full Moon.
I always migrate to the flowers , they had large blooms of Lillies , I only wish I could have captured the fragrant , it was delicious !
Beautiful Hydrangea Blooms.
These were colorful and caught my eye.
The last pic is part of my granddaughter's toy collection ,Hamtaro's house .Some of the Ham-Hams are waving from the window to us.
It reminded of this wonderful promise from the Bible .
"In my Father's house are many mansions: If it were not so I would have told you.I (Jesus) go to prepare a place for you".John 14:2

You have lovely pictures here, Myrna. I think I like the colored pictures of the shells best, but I really love the black and white photo of the church. Such a pretty picture! Your flowers are beautiful too.
ReplyDeleteGreat display, Myrna. You have a beautiful shell collection. Beautiful photography!....Christine
ReplyDeleteExcellent photography and very creative and magical home ~ Wow! I like the softer pink edit of the shells ~ (A Creative Harbor)
ReplyDeleteI really like your seaside tablescape in color and b/w. Black and white is kinda refreshing for a change, still like color too!!

ReplyDeleteYour pictures are so wonderful. I think I like the photo of the sea shells in color. They are some of my favorite colors. The black and white picture of the little church is my favorite. You have some really great photographs here - thanks for sharing them
ReplyDeleteAll the pics are very pretty. I like the black and white and the colour. The shells photos are especially soothing.
ReplyDeleteI love the colour photos of the shells also like those sweet jars. Visited my 91 yr old mum on Saturday. She really wanted some jelly beans but I couldn't find a local shop that sold them and there they are in one of your photos!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely collection! My favourites are the shells - especially 4th and 5th . I also love the hydrangea and the old church. You might like to contribute to my Mandarin Orange Monday:)

ReplyDeleteMine's here.
I really love the angel and the church in B&W
ReplyDeletethe others have such warm wonderful tones that I like the color a bit more but all your shots are treasures :)
I just love the detail you can see on the sea shells! The pictures look great. I think I like the B-W since it seem to show so much texture! I love the old church. There are sites I see often and think "I should take a picture some day!", too. Glad you finally got this one!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Susie
Hello Myrna, your tablescape is lovely. It is very hard to say wish, black and white, or colored photos that I prefer, I really like both. My favorite black and white would be the old church. You also have a great camera eye, the way you take common items (like the Jelly Belly jars) and turn them into art, is fantastic. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteI am head-over-heels in thrilledness (is that a word . . . well it is now) that you like my bedroom re-do.
Have a great day! Connie :)
You have the knack of arranging things with style. I like your pictures especially the ornaments that you designed in your table. I love the B& W look. :) Hope you can drop by my Blue Monday at: http://www.jollytoes.com/2012/08/05/strolling-around-new-york-city/
ReplyDeleteThe beach theme is so fun--great starfish. The little church is beautiful. Do they still have services there? I wish my hydrangeas were still as pretty as yours, but they fell victim to the scorching heat months ago.
ReplyDeleteKonnichiwa! Your table is kirei desu! (beautiful!) Those jellybeans look oishii (delicious)! Hana no kirei desu~ (the flowers are beautiful)
ReplyDeleteI love You Hamtaro House!
DeleteI really really enjoyed looking at all of your pics! :)
ReplyDeleteIndeed, interesting collection of wonderful images! From the whimsical to haunting.
ReplyDeleteCheers ... visiting from RT2!
