Hello Blogging Friends!
I hope things are going well with you all or y'all as we say in the south.
I went to eat at Chipotle for the first time Saturday. The food was good but it was like eating in an aluminum shed . My granddaughter had told me it was very shiny& the music was loud.
Went grocery shopping at Trader Joe's. My oldest Granddaughter inside a photo prop with their famous squirrel, located outside the store .
Rose from parking lot .
We passed by a parking lot carnival .I got out and snapped this carousel pic.
Here are some Thrift store finds.
This is a vintage Fenton button & daisy pattern cobalt blue Top Hat toothpick holder.
Vintage Japanese Yellow Canaries
A Friend Tag I made to surprise a Blogging friend.
I like the light and shade & different textures in this pic .
Some pics I took of my youngest sweetie granddaughter Eliana.
I will leave you with this wonderful Bible verse:
"The Lord is my strength and my shield, my heart leans on him and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song I will praise him!"

I have never cared to much for Chipolte. Even for a quick bite it doesn't have much that makes one feel comfortable. Cute grandbaby and nice photo of her.
ReplyDeleteChipoltes seems to be located all over. I think it's okay, but . . .
ReplyDeleteYour grandbaby has gorgeous blue eyes!
Happy Blue Monday, Myrna.

and your grandgirls are adorable
Lovely post, beautiful child!
ReplyDeleteI've never eaten at Chipotle. Loved the pictures of your flowers and your sweet granddaughter. I hope you have a good week, Myrna. Thank you for your kind comments on my blog. :)
ReplyDeleteIs that wonderful garden really yours?????
ReplyDeleteNow I am not envious, but flat admiring such great
private park. It must take lots and lots of work to keep it. I like the way it is, not too perfect, but so rich in colors, flowers and bridges and benches. Your must have acres of park landscape. Can you really manage that on your own? I suppose not.
I love it anyway.
And I admire your two granddaughters. You're really blessed.
Your graddaughter is a darling. We love chipotle sauce!
ReplyDeletePlease come and see my BLUES, when you get a chance.
Yes ! Chipotle's music is really loud and the place is quite shiny. The food is way too spicy for me. Now Trader Joes, that's where I like to go. So many good things there.
ReplyDeleteYou garden pictures are so beautiful. I love the friend tag you made. Like the cheery red flower. Your little granddaughter is so pretty. You always have such great pictures.
Thank you for you visit.
Have a wonderful week.
Hugs
Iris

What a lovely selection of pictures this week. The grand baby is precious and the park is so inviting. Would love to be sitting there on that bench with my iPad reading my book on JFK. Trader Joe’s is our favorite place to shop, but unfortunately we have to go to Richmond which is 3 hours away. Their brand products are the best and their prices are always so fair. genie
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice tour!
ReplyDeleteVisiting again for RT2- hope you can stop by:)

ReplyDeleteHow is the little grandkiddie doing??? I love carousels!! I still love going on them!
ReplyDeleteWow, your yard is so crazy ahead of mine! Simply beautiful, just like your granddaughter! Nice finds, you did good!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,

Gorgeous photos! Sweet little grandbaby! I love your vintage finds (particularly that cobalt toothpick holder!) and the flowers and scenes of your yard. I know what you mean about Chipotle, but as you can see from the picture you posted, the burritos are HUGE. It's all natural ingredients and you get a lot of food. That at least is on the plus side! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun post! Can't go wrong with roses, a carousel and a sweet baby! Enjoy your week! Have fun!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shares of Yellows!

I can't be in there long, today is my Kara's bridal shower. It looks like a beautiful day for it, I have games planned and she has a huge guest list of 32 people and all but two are coming so I'll be the hostess with the mostess!
Only once, in my life time, it's a very special day.
Love you, you are in my thoughts and heart, always...
