Hey everybody ! I looked around my home for reds and I was surprised to find some random reds. I guess red is everywhere you just have to look for it; I thought I had exhausted my supply. Then I noticed the red lips and nails on this Lady Head Vase.
I walked by these pretty opened up tulips that my daughter and son-in-law had given me for Valentine's Day .
I found this pic that I had taken Sunday while doing a craft with my granddaughters . Somehow I feel I'm being stared at.
And then I noticed that this Happy little dancing solar flower was in a red pot !
Now, What will I do next week ?
Hi Myrna! LOVE the head vase! I have a couple, and wish I could find (and AFFORD) more!.. Love the wiggle eyes! They remind me of that song "I Always Feel Like Somebody's Watching Me", by Rockwell.. You know the song?.. Gee, I'll thank you later if it gets stuck in my head for the day! ha! ha! Glad you had fun making crafts with your granddaughters though. It sounds like fun! I can't wait for grandkids someday, and I'm green with envy actually!.. Oh but that's right.. This post is about RED! Focus, Tina, Focus!... Have a great day, and hope you'll be showing us what crafts you and your granddaughters made!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun post! I really like the head and the flowers are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteOh, those sensual red lips!
ReplyDeletePAINT MY DAY RED!
A seeker of scarlet, they say,
Is likely to savor the day
If painted in red
Or ruby—instead
Of shades of monotonous grey!

Granddaughters are the all time bestest friends to play crafting with in the whole world. Lucky grandmas are us that have them....my grandson's not bad either. Hey thanks for dropping by my bloggie Olde Baggs n Stuft Shirts and letting me know that you would like to come and play at CELEBRATE OZ. I can hardly wait to see what everyone is going to do. It should be wonderful and even more so with a true fan like yourself. See ya again on March 19 to CELEBRATE OZ. If you wouldn't mind putting up the button, maybe more of your followers would like to play as well. Thanks, The Olde Bagg herself, Linda
ReplyDeleteI feel like I'm running out of reds too, Myrna! LOVE your lady head vase. I used to have a bunch, but sold most of them and now I really regret it!
ReplyDeleteHappy REDnesday,
Carol
It is amazing what we can find at times when we least expect it. You found some neat reds around your place.
ReplyDeleteMyrna,
ReplyDeleteYou are right that reds are everywhere!! I'm sure next week you'll be able to spot more...look in your pantry, maybe or outside, one never knows what color bird might be flying by!
Fondly,

ReplyDeleteJoy comes in all forms...the buggy googly eyes made me smile. Praying through the day for you and yours.
ReplyDeleteAwww! Cute flower pot! Glad you had the determination to go looking for red this week!
ReplyDeleteYou see, there is red all around us and we find it when we least expect to see it. This is a great post...and your reds are perfect. Happy Rednesday.
ReplyDeleteHow fun Myrna. And I had to chuckle. Those eyes! I bought Valentine cards for my grandkids last year AFTER Valentine's Day just to play with. Each card came with a bunch of those eyes to stick on the paper. They had a blast sticking them on THEMSELVES. They REALLY had their eyes upon their Sandwich Generation granny nanny! :) Thanks for a lovely visit!
ReplyDeleteHaven't been by in awhile. I really like your red's. The head vase is so cute with the red lips and nails. Those eyes can me mesmerizing all at once.
